Between all my running, working, and sleeping – I have been trying not to let my diet slip between the cracks. Which – to be honest, has been difficult.
One of my favorite misconceptions about being a RD is that – it must be SO EASY for me to eat healthy all of the time. Being an RD does not give me superhuman powers to not desire cookies, or not love pizza. However, it does big me access to a lot of resources and ideas on how to make my favorite items ahead of time, and create healthier versions.
Because I’ve been so short on time – keeping it simple has been a mantra/method of operation.
